Master of Science in Management Information Systems Program (MS-MIS)
The ISQS department in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University has undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs in Management Information Systems. One advantage of the MS in MIS at Texas Tech is its emphasis on IS development and business intelligence. The MS-MIS program requires a minimum of 36 credit hours of course work. Students with no IT or business background may be required to take some additional courses in order to have a good foundation in the functional areas of business. The program includes 12 credit hours (4 courses) of electives allowing students to customize their degree to their long term career goals.
